Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we strive to ensure every purchase meets your expectations. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, weβre here to help.
Overview
Our refund and return policy lasts 15 days from the date of delivery.
If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The plant or product must be in good condition, unused, and returned in its original packaging.

You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

The product must not be perishable or damaged due to mishandling, negligence, or improper planting after delivery.
π¦ Important: Please do not send any plant or product back to the nursery without prior confirmation from our customer support team.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

Live plants that have been planted, trimmed, or repotted after delivery

Perishable or seasonal plants (e.g., flowering or fruit-bearing plants)

Custom orders or bulk plant consignments

Gift cards or vouchers

Soil, manure, fertilizers, or liquid plant care products once opened
Partial Refunds May Be Issued For:

Items that show signs of stress or damage not caused during delivery

Plants returned without their original pot or packaging

Products not in original condition or missing parts not due to our error

Returns requested after 15 days from delivery
Refund Process
Once your returned product is received and inspected, you will be notified via email or phone about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment (bank transfer, UPI, or other payment method used).
β³ Please allow 7β10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Discounted or promotional items are non-refundable, unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are:

Damaged during delivery, or

Defective at the time of receipt

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Once the returned item is received and approved, a replacement plant or gift voucher will be issued.
If the gift was shipped to the giver, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
